The Tournament format is very interesting / unique with a combination of both round -robin and Knock - out stages. ( In different stages ). All matches will be played on time -format and point format.

Stage 1 :
Round Robin with 8 groups of 6 players each ( 1 hr. format ) . 4 top players from each group to quality for next stage.

incase of tie the points will be shared between players.

Stage 2 :
Knock out round ( Race to 200) . In this stage, suitable handicaps will be given to the respective player s who have qualified for this stage. Handicaps (same or revised ) will continue up to the final stage.

Stage 3 :
Introduction of 16 invitees . Round -Robin involving 32  players who have qualified from Stage 2 + 16 invitees divided into 8 groups of 4 players each point format (race to 250) 2 top players from each to qualify for the Pre quarter final. (point format race to 250) Quarters race to 300 , Semis & Finals race to 350 . Pre - Quarters onwards Knock out

Dress Code : No casuals wear allowed only formals.
Entry fees will be Rs.2000/- per player and can be given to the following people:

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to make changes at their own discretion
The Tournament Committee’s decision is final during the course of this Tournament
