Billiards and Snooker Coaching Camp for 2019 National Championship will be held at P.J.Hindu Gymkhana from 8th January 2019 Onwards from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
The Billiards camp will commence on Jan 9,10 th at 9 am.
BSAM PREPARATION CAMP 2019
ALL PLAYERS ARE HEREBY INFORMED THAT IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE CAMP ON ALL DAYS OR ELSE THERE WILL BE SEVERE IMPLICATIONS FOR THE ONES WHO DO NOT.
THE CAMP IS BEING HELD TO AID AND PREPARE THE PLAYERS TO DO THEIR BEST AT THE NATIONALS.
The Snooker coaching camp will be conducted by Mr. Yasin Merchant
The Billiards coaching camp will be conducted by Mr. Ashok Shandilya
DAY ONE (08/01/2019)
9 am: Players assembly – Coach address, describing the schedule of the camp
9.15 am: Snooker players to occupy 2 tables, to be split into two groups…one per table, and to start their session with cueing along the spots….10 shots each. Next exercise would be practising long red pots (this is to free their arm and test their cueing). This would also be 10 shots each.
9.45 am: Each player attempts the yellow to black break of 108 (to finish all the colours in sequence, and continues doing so till he reaches 108 (27 x 4) . Gets 2 attempts each.
10.30 am: Tea break
10.40 am: Line ball practice (we will try and maintain who makes the highest break in the line ball attempt, which will keep them motivated)
12.00 pm. Depart
DAY TWO (09/01/2019)
9 am: Q&A
9.30 am: Cueing practice again, both exercises to be repeated
10.00 am: I will set up positions from where they will have to clear the table. Will do it depending on the calibre of the player
11.30 am: Will set up another exercise for them, which will continue in the coming days too
12.00 pm: depart

10.45 am : practice frames (match like situations) amongst all the players. Each player plays the other and we will label this as the preparatory tournament

9 am: Q&A, discussion on match preparations etc.
10.00 am : solo practice of their choice. 10 or 15 mins per player
