RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Only those who have paid the entry fee shall be allowed to play. We shall/may ask for the payment receipt once before your first match to verify so kindly keep the same handy.
2. Foul and Miss will be awarded for a maximum of 3 times, until the player is in the game, after which there will be no foul and miss. Four snookers or more on the color balls is considered as frame over.
3. The Marker/Referee decision is final & binding on all players.
4. Arriving late for a match has the following implications:
10 minutes late is 1 frame down
15 minutes late is 2 frames down
20 minutes late is considered as a walkover
It is advised to report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match.
5. Formal pants or khakis are allowed. Jeans, tracks shorts, Bermuda’s, lungis and any other sort of lowers is not allowed. Socks (no show included) must be worn at all times. Formal shoes are a must. Sports shoes, sandals or chappals are not allowed. Any participant who does NOT adhere to the permitted. Dress code will not be allowed to play and the match will be awarded to the opponent.
6. No player can play his or her match under the influence of any intoxication. Chewing of
tobacco is strictly prohibited in the arena and especially while playing the matches.
7 . The Arena is a silent zone; mobiles must be on silent mode at all times and talking on the
mobile inside the arena is not allowed.
8. The Deccan Billiard Arena Clock will be the official Time Keeper.
9. In the interest of the tournament, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to
change the match timings, schedule & the draw.
Please Note:
Winning amount is subject to TDS, and a copy of Pan Card is mandatory.
Prize Money will not be transferred to a third party account
Player must be present during the prize distribution to avoid forfeit
Money will be forfeited incase the player is absent during the prize distribution
Can take up to 10 days (from the final day) to credit the winnings in your account.
Disclaimers
Prize money will be paid via bank transfer only. Amounts will be subject to TDS (if applicable). A player must provide his/her own bank details as we will not transfer amounts to some third-party accounts.
