Malabar Hill Club BSAM state ranking tournament 2025 ( Main Draw)
All players are hereby notified that the below criteria will be followed towards sending entries for the Billiards and Snooker qualifying for the National Championships.
Criteria:
First preference will be given to Players who have Finished in the Top 8 in billiards and Top 16 in snooker of the knock outs.
Thereafter preference will be given to Players who have played in the main draw of the Billiards discipline.
In snooker players who have finished between 17-32 of the knock outs.
Rest of the players will be basis past performances at the nationals and then states.
No players entry will be sent if they do not meet the above criteria.
No requests on scheduling and timings will be entertained.
Rules for Dress Code:
All participants must wear formal clothing for their matches i.e a formal shirt, formal trousers, socks and formal shoes. Any participant who does NOT adhere to the above dress code will not be permitted to play their match.
Rules for walk over:
A person coming 10 mins late will lose one frame.
A person coming 20 mins late will lose two frame.
A person coming 30 mins late will lose the match.

The standard time as per watch (as per on phones) will be the official and final time keeper for
qualifying rounds.
Rules to be followed at Malabar Hill Club:
1. All players will have to make an entry at the main reception only before entering the club.
2. Malabar Hill Club is a no smoking/ no vaping club and anyone who is found smoking or vaping in the club premises will be asked to leave the club.
3. Smoking breaks during matches is strictly not allowed and will lead to forfeiture of the frame.
4. Players are only allowed on the first floor lobby area outside the billiard room and in the billiard room of the club.
All players are hereby informed and reminded to tuck their shirts whilst playing… failing to do so may result in suitable action
