    The following changes are requested with the organization of the National Junior and sub-junior championships.
    U-18 National Snooker championships to be changed to U-17 National Snooker championships and the cut-off dates to be that a player should be under 17 years of age on 31st December 2026.
    With reference to the cut-off dates of U-21 National Snooker championships that a player should be under 21 years of age on 31st December 2026.

    The eligibility criteria, as per the International guidelines, are as follows:
    Sub-Junior (U-17): Only players born on or after 31/12/2010 will be eligible to participate.
    Junior (U-21): Only players born on or after 31/12/2006 will be eligible to participate.

     

    Rules for Dress Code:     
    All participants must wear formal clothing for their matches i.e a formal shirt, formal trousers, socks and formal shoes. Any participant who does NOT adhere to the above dress code will not be permitted to play their match.     
      
    Rules for walk over:     
    A person coming 10 mins late will lose one frame.     
    A person coming 20 mins late will lose two frame.     
    A person coming 30 mins late will lose the match.     
    will be the official and final time keeper for qualifying rounds     
    The standard time as per watch (as per on phones) will be the official and final time keeper for qualifying rounds.
