MAIN DRAW RULES
REPORTING TIME
It is advised to arrive at the venue one hour before your scheduled time. In case the table and opponent are
available, the match can start earlier. 
Can keep the cue cases under the table or teh seating area.
Player must dispose the waiter bottles consumed after the match.
LATE PENALTY ON ARRIVING LATE
Arriving late for a match has the following implications:
15 minutes late = 1 frame down
20 minutes late = 2 frames down
30 minutes late =  Match forfieted
It is advised to report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match.
No practice shots will be allowed, if a player arrives late for the match.
PRACTICE SHOTS
5 mins of knocking for each player, provided you've reported as advised + 5 mins for the referee to set up.
There is no practice allowed post the match, even if teh table is vacant.
FOUL N MISS
Unlimited Foul n Miss rule is applicable through out the Main Draw.
All ball tie / draw = Miss applicable.
SNOOKERS
Frame ends if more than 4 snookers are required on the colour balls (unless it’s a decider).
FREE BALL
Must be nominated by the player.
BREAKS DURING A MATCH
5 minutes allowed only after the first four frames. No anything between frames (1 frame penalty).
FINAL DECISION
The Referee decision is final & binding on all players.
Kindly maintain the decorum of the arena and not argue once the decision is made.
CONDUCT
Unsporting behaviour of Foul language = 1 warning; repeat offence = 1 frame penalty.
MATCH TIMING POLICY
Best of 7 matches are allotted a 3 hour slot. If a match exceeds the said duration, it will be shifted to Table 5
to maintain the day’s schedule; however, if only the final frame remains, the match will not be moved.
DRESS CODE
All Formal Attire - formal shirt, formal pants/khakis/trousers, socks and formal shoes in a must. Waistcoat
is optional. NOT ALLOWED: tshirt with a collar, jeans, sports shoes, but cracks & caps.
No player can play his/her match under the influence of any intoxication. Chewing of tobacco is strictly
prohibited in the arena and especially while playing the matches.
Eating inside the arena is not allowed. Only hot beverages and water can be consumed.
The Arena is a silent zone; mobiles must be on silent mode at all times and must step out to talk.
In the interest of the tournament, the Baulkline ‘Tournament Committee’ reserves the right to change the
match timings, schedule & the draw
