The Zarine & Yezdi Daruwala Trust Mumbai Billiards League 2016 will commence from 28th March 2016. Last date for receiving entries is18th March 2016 by 2.pm. Kindly note once a clubs team has been submitted and the same is uploaded online on our website, no changes shall be permitted unless at the discretion of the Tournament committee.

New rule:

A NEW FORMAT WAS DECIDED FOR THE UP COMING BILLIARD LEAGUE:

• THERE WOULD BE 3 CATEGORIES OF PLAYERS a) -50 TO –100, b) SCR TO -45, c) + 5 AND OVER. NO TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY 2 PLAYERS FROM CATEGORY A OR B IN THE SAME MATCH. HOWEVER 1 PLAYER FROM CATEGORY A & 1 PLAYER FROM CATEGORY B ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE SAME MATCH. THIS RULE DOES NOT APPLY TO CATEGORY C WHERE 3 PLAYERS OF CATEGORY C CAN TAKE PART IN THE SAME MATCH.
• TEAMS WILL CONSIST OF A TOTAL OF MAXIMUM 5 PLAYERS. ONLY 3 PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN A MATCH.
• ALL PLAYERS +5 AND ABOVE IN A TEAM HAVE TO PLAY AT LEAST 2 MATCHES IN THE LEAGUE STAGE IF THEY ARE IN A GROUP OF 4 TEAMS. IF THEY ARE IN A GROUP OF 3 TEAMS THEN ALL PLAYERS +5 AND ABOVE OF A TEAM NEED TO PLAY ONLY 1 MATCH EACH.

Dress Code: Please note that proper dress code should be adhered to by the players visiting various clubs. Low waisted trousers displaying undergarments while playing, chappals, sandals,  caps (unless there is a medical reason for wearing it), playing barefoot, shorts, 3/4 trousers shall be strictly not allowed. A player may not be allowed to play if the above conditions are not adhered to.
