BSAM Billiards Challenge
Format:
• Race to 200 points till the Pre Quarter Finals.
• Race to 250 points in the Quarters & Semi Finals.
• Race to 300 points in the Finals.
• Draw will be a maximum of 128.
• 64 or more entries are required for this Challenge to commence.
• The Billiards Challenge will be played with handicaps.
• BSAM tournament committee reserves the right to review & revise the handicaps before or anytime during the tournament.
Walk over:
A player coming in 20 mins late of the scheduled match time will have deemed to have given a walk over.
Billiard room clock of the host club will be considered.
The Markers decision will be final.

How to write Scores:
Kindly write the total number of pionts scored.
E.g. : Player A -70 defeats Player B -50.
Player A's target = 270
Player B's target = 250
need to write what is scored
Eligibility:
• Player handicap of Scratch or more is qualified to participate (Billiards League2017/2018).
Entries:
• Entry fee Rs. 1000/-.
• Entry to sent via email only (bsamah@gmail.com).
• Entry fee to be paid by a cheque or a bank transfer (no cash deposit).

• In case of a bank transfer, kindly email us the bank receipt for easy reconciliation.
• Players can pay jointly; but the names & cheque/bank receipt details must be shared via email.
• Entry will be accepted on first cum first paid basis.
• Entry fee to be paid on or before 2pm on the 20th of April 2018 (last date).
• Entries of only those players will be accepted who have registered with BSAM.
• 19th April’ 18 is the last date for players who are keen to play but haven’t yet registered.
Dates:
23rd & 24th April = Draw of 128.
25th April = Draw of 64.
26th April = Draw of 32.
27th April = Pre Quarter Finals
28th April = Quarter Finals (All matches will be held at 2pm & 4pm till this round).
29th April = Semi Finals at 2pm & Finals at 5pm.
Venues:
Bombay Gym, Garware Club, Cricket Club of India, National Sports Club of India, Dadar Club, Malabar Hill Club, Catholic Gym, Elphinstone Cricket Club, W Railway, Radio Club, Parsee Gym.
Prize Money:
Rs. 15000/- Winner
Rs. 10000/- Runner Up
Rs. 15000/- Semi Finalists (Rs. 7500/- each)
Rs. 16000/- Quarter Finalists (Rs. 4000/- each)
Rs. 56000/- Total Prize Money
The Prize Distribution Ceremony will be held after the finals with Hi Tea.
It is compulsory for players to be present in person to collect their prizes.
DRESS CODE
Please note that proper dress code needs to be adhered to by the players visiting various clubs. Low waist jeans, trousers displaying undergarments while playing, Chappals, Sandals, Caps, playing barefoot, shorts, 3/4ths shall be strictly NOT ALLOWED.
However the tournament committee shall make an exception if a genuine medical report or doctors letter is produced.
A player shall not be allowed to play if the above dress code is not adhered to. Only collar t-shirts allowed.
