FORMAT:
• Race to 200 Points
• Knockout Draw of 128
• 16 Qualify for the Main Draw of 32
• 16 Direct Entries in the Main Draw of 32
• 8 Groups of 4 Players each (Round Robin)
• 2 Players from each Group qualify for the Pre Quarter Finals
PRIZE MONEY:

₹20000/- Semi Finalists (₹10000 each)
₹20000/- Quarter Finalists (₹5000 each)
₹16000/- Pre Quarter Finalists (₹2000 each)
₹16000/- Qualifiers from the Knockout Draw (₹1000 each)

All Players must be present at the Prize Distribution Party to collect their winnings; proxies will not be allowed
HANDICAP:
• Every player will be given a handicap based on his/her skill level
• The Tournament Committee can/will review the handicaps after every round
• The decision of the Tournament Committee will be final
WALKOVER RULE:
• Reporting time is 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time
• A player late by 15 minutes will lose the match
• The Bombay Gymkhana Billiard Room Digital Clock is the official Time Keeper
• In the Round Robin Stage, One Walkover is allowed. The player recieving the walkover will be awarded a win
• If a Player gives Two Walkovers then his name will be scrapped from the Group
DRAW & MATCH SCHEDULE:
• Matches will be scheduled at 12:00Hrs, 14:00Hrs, 16:00Hrs& 18:00 Hrs
• The draw and the match schedule will be put up on the website www.bsam.in
• The draw will also be put up at the Venue as well
• All participants must check the website for their scheduled match well in advance
• All participants must report for their match 15 minutes before their scheduled time
• No participant will be notified or reminded of their matches
• Matches once scheduled will NOT be adjusted
DRESS CODE:
• Formal clothing is permitted: Collared shirt with trousers/pants, socks & shoes
• Informal clothing is permitted: Collared t-shirt with jeans, socks & sport shoes
• Torn or ragged clothing is not permitted
• Socks must be ankle length or higher. Moccasin/loafer socks is not permitted
• Low waist lowers will not be permitted
• Shorts, 3/4ths & track pants is not permitted
• Sandals, chappals or open footwear is not permitted
• Any participant violating the dress code will NOT be permitted to play their match
DISCIPLINE & DECORUM:
• All participants are requested to maintain decorum in the gymkhana premises
• Any participant or their companion failing to do so will be asked to leave
