Otters ‘Rockets’ finish with an all-win record

Otters ‘Rockets’ (Otters Club) continued with their superb winning form as they defeated CG ‘Dynamics’ (Catholic Gymkhana), in both (home 3-2, away 3-1) matches and maintained their all-win record in Section-I during the third week of the Otters Club-Mumbai Snooker League (MSL) – 2017, conducted by the Billiards and Snooker Association of Maharashtra (BSAM).
Seasoned cueists Rishabh Thakkar, was the star performer for Otters Club as he produced some impressive performances to comfortably win all the three frames he played against Catholic Gymkhana during the third week.
Otters clinched the top spot in this section as they accumulated a tally of 15 points, including 3 bonus points and qualified for the knockout (round of 32) round.
CCI ‘Snooker Kings’ (Cricket Club of India) also from this section joined Otters in the next phase of the competition. They had a solid final round defeating DG ‘Warriors’ (Dombivali Gymkhana) by convincing 3-0 margins in both the home and away matches. CCI with 10 points were placed second in this section.

Section H: MbPT Reynolds ‘Racers’ vs DPCG ‘Kamakazee’s’ (1-3, 1-3); CCI ‘Red Devils’ Vs BG ‘Mavericks’ (3-1, 1-3).
Section I: CCI ‘Snooker Kings’ Vs DG ‘Warriors’ (3-0, 3-0); CG ‘Dynamics’ Vs Otters ‘Rockets’ (1-3, 2-3).
Section J: CG ‘Gladiators’ Vs CRMI ‘Star Blue’ (3-2, 3-0); MbPT Sports ‘Gabbars’ Vs Dadar Club ‘Supremos’ (0-3, 2-3).
